Designed and developed the complete Flom8 SaaS platform from scratch as an international-ready product. Built with Node.js, React, Next.js, and a modern CI/CD pipeline using GitHub Actions. Expanded the initial concept into a market-ready platform with full technical SEO, transparent 3-tier pricing, and an AI Readiness Assessment system powered by n8n and Gemini AI.
